With my chest and shoulders reealxd, my wrists are about 2 inches from the floor. I can press the right wrist the rest of the way to the floor, but the left is still about an inch up. Pressing the wrists down causes me to pull the shoulder blades down and creates a bit of muscle strain in the front of the left deltoid and outside edge of the pectoral muscle (at the armpit) on that side. No arch in back and ribs stay on the floor. Is this good, bad, somewhere in the middle? Any recommendations for getting the left side the rest of the way down without strain?-Mike
