    Hi!I’m able to keep my wrist/forearm flat and also keep my ribs on the floor. I currently have (I biveele) a subcromial impingement in my left shoulder and that exercise causes a lot of pain so just one arm was tested. I’m working on the shoulder with some basic exercises and am hoping that strengthening my core with some of your suggestions will help to avoid this in the future.Good information here thanks!Regards,Don
